Respondent Details are available from the See Respondents page by a click/tap of an individual respondent row. The page consists of a left navigation pane and respondent data, which is organized into sections like Replay, the respondent's answers to survey questions, and User Details, such as device information, operating system, etc.
Using Respondent Details
The Respondent ID is displayed along the top of the page with a Return button to display the See Respondents page. The following features are available below the Respondent ID:
Left Navigation Pane
Row # - The reference number from the See Respondents page indicating this respondent's place in the sort order of the Default View.
Survey Taken - The date and time the survey was submitted. Eastern Standard Time (EST) for CX Survey and Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) for Feedback.
Section Menu - Categories of the details where you can click/tap to view.
You may also hover over the left or right side of the screen to display the scroll feature, which allows you to move from one respondent's details to another, based on the Row #.
Looking Up a Respondent
You can use the Respondent ID from a outside source, such as a report, to display Respondent Details in CX Suite:
On the See Respondents page, click any respondent. The Respondent Details page displays.
Type/paste the desired Respondent ID in the URL, replacing the existing identifier: https://cxsuite.foresee.com/client/projects/.../respondents/***Respondent ID***/detail, and click/tap the Go action of your web browser. The page refreshes with data for the entered Respondent ID.
