ForeSee is known for our patented methodology of CX Measurement, which is a structured model based survey that delivers key insights and impacts tied to customer satisfaction. Additionally, clients have the flexibility to deploy an entirely custom survey using Feedback’s opt-in survey. The following table summarizes the differences between these two survey types:

CX Measurement Model based survey that has structured questions and allows for additional custom questions. Randomly triggered on site URL in email / store receipt.
Feedback Star rating, related topic questions, and other custom questions. Badge or custom link displayed on site.
