Associate a Hierarchy
You can associate a hierarchy to either Case Management, as well as one or more hierarchy-enabled CX Measurements.
- Go to Global Settings > Setup > Hierarchy.
- Click the desired hierarchy name. The Details tab displays.
- Click Settings. App Associations displays.
- Click on the desired application. A dialog displays.

- Case Management - Click the Off/On toggle to the On position.
- CX Measurement - Select the desired active measure(s).
- Click Save. The dialog closes and the hierarchy is now associated to the application.
